- We want to say thank you to all of our Southbay family who have been kind and understanding during this past year and during the difficult nature of curbside veterinary care. We were sadly not considered to be "frontline healthcare workers" who were eligible for vaccines in the first rounds, so we really appreciate your patience.
- We are resuming in-clinic appointments at this time for those comfortable doing so. For those coming into the clinic we require face coverings while in the building. We ask that only two persons come in per pet per visit. Please call when you arrive. We will have you wait in your vehicle until your room is ready. At that time your tech will meet you at the door and bring you and your pet to your room.
- If you need to pick up medications, please call in advance. You may come into the lobby to pick up medications at the counter. If you prefer us to bring them to your car, we are happy to do so.
- If you prefer to continue curbside service or a special request, please alert our team and we will be glad to help.
- Thank you for your patience during this difficult time. We look forward to seeing everyone again very soon!
